1) Acceptance of These Terms

You represent that:

  • you own or have the rights to submit your User Content; and

  • your User Content does not violate law or third-party rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content only as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7) Acceptable Use (Prohibited Conduct)

You agree not to:

  • violate any law or regulation;

  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;

  • upload malware or attempt to interfere with the Platform’s security;

  • scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Platform;

  • impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation;

  • harass, threaten, or post hateful, illegal, or exploitative content.

8) Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds (If Applicable)

If you purchase paid Services:

  • prices, billing frequency, and taxes will be shown at checkout;

  • subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal;

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google data only to:

  • provide the features you request (e.g., sign-in, syncing permitted data), and

  • maintain and improve the Services consistent with your consent.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising personalization unless explicitly permitted by Google policies and your consent.

12) Privacy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $100 if you paid nothing), unless a different minimum is required by law.

16) Indemnification
